In his second MasterClass, Ramsay will teach students how to master the essential skills and recipes needed to cook elevated meals at home. Students will learn how to make sophisticated restaurant-quality dishes for a small group or dinner party, with recipes and ingredients that are accessible to the home chef. Ramsay will demonstrate sophisticated plate presentation; teach students how to save time by preparing ahead, allowing for more time to entertain their guests; and help students gain the confidence to create and host a full and memorable meal at home.
